Montchy Electric Power Inc. Booking Policy We are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth booking process for all our clients. Please review our booking policy to understand the terms and expectations for scheduling services with us. 1. Booking Requirements Contact Information: To book a service, customers must provide their full name, phone number, email address, and service address. Deposit (if applicable): Some services may require a deposit to confirm the booking. Details will be provided at the time of booking. 2. Scheduling Advance Booking: We recommend booking services at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. Emergency Services: For same-day or emergency services, please call us directly at 647-951-6946. Emergency services are subject to additional charges. 3. Confirmation You will receive a booking confirmation via email from support@mepower.ca once your appointment is scheduled. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours of booking, please contact us at 647-951-6946. 4. Changes to Bookings Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by calling 647-951-6946 or emailing support@mepower.ca. Late Changes: Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a fee. 5. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
